Biscoff Cupcake with Biscoff Buttercream
Biscoff is from Europe but is now widely sold in the USA. Biscoff sells both cookies and a cookie spread. These cupcakes are made from the cookie spread. Biscoff has a deep brown sugar & spice flavor. SO SO Good !!!
